Selecting Malting Barley

 A significant amount of malting barley has been selected so far this year by grain and malting companies. Michael Brophy, Senior Program Manager in the Canadian Wheat Board’s department of product development and marketing support, urges producers to check the recommended malting barley varieties list just released by the Canadian Malting Barley Technical Centre.
