Alberta Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in partnership with Serecon Consulting, is hosting two information and training sessions to introduce the newly updated version of the Economic Livestock Impact Calculator (ELIC). Over the past year, the data has been updated and the calculator has undergone changes to make it easier to use. As well as learning how to use the calculator and how to interpret its results, information session attendees will receive a copy of the ELIC. The sessions are being held in Leduc on November 27, 2006, and in Lethbridge on November 28, 2006. For more information or to confirm attendance, e-mail Karen Yakimishyn. Be sure to indicate the location of choice.
