I, Patricia L. Nelson, Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 7 of the Government Organization Act, appoint the following members to the Accreditation Committee formed for the purpose of section 29 of the Insurance Agents and Adjusters Regulation.

Lynne Fischer for a term to expire February 14, 2006

Brain Murphy for a term to expire February 14, 2006

Roy Jacquesfor a term to expire February 14, 2007

Mel Neibrugee for a term to expire February 14, 2007

Directive No. 01-02 is rescinded effective February 14, 2004.

This Directive takes effect February 14, 2004 and may be rescinded at any time..
