Financial Administration Act, 1977

REVOLVING FUND DESIGNATION REGULATION

1   In this regulation, “Act” means The Financial Administration Act, 1977.

2   The Funds listed in the Schedule are designated as revolving funds under the Act.

3   Repealed AR 264/78 s2.

Schedule   

1   The Land Purchase Fund established under section 1 of The Government Land Purchases Act.

2   The Gas Alberta Operating Fund established under section 34 of The Rural Gas Act.

3   The Seed Grain and Livestock Fund established under section 11 of The Department of Agriculture Act.
