Termination
(A) The Government of Alberta, through its authorized representative,
(1) may at any time, with or without cause, and without advance or any notice, and without liability,
(a) terminate this agreement, permission and any associated arrangement; and
(b) cancel this or any link, portal, connection, access or allowance, including any licenses contained herein; and (2) may terminate the user’s access to any and all portions of this website if, the Government or its authorized representative determines, in the sole discretion of the aforesaid, that the user failed to comply with any of these Terms of Use. (B) Upon termination pursuant to the above clause (A), the user must
(1) cease use of this website; and
(2) destroy
(i) all materials obtained from this website; and
(ii) all related documentation and all copies thereof; whether such materials and copies were made under these Terms or otherwise; and
