Class E Licence (Liquor Manufacturing)

This class of licence must be obtained to manufacture liquor in Alberta. For more information, check out Obtaining a Class E Licence PDF.

The holder of a Class A licence may also apply for this licence for a brew pub to brew beer within the same building. Examples are distilleries, wineries, breweries, and brew pubs. More information available at Obtaining a Class E (Brew Pub) Licence PDF.

A cottage winery is a facility that manufactures wine for sale through the AGLC and for off sales to the general public at the orchard/winery or (farm gate)cor honey farm site.
