Warehouse and Distribution

The AGLC establishes policies and authorizes operators for the warehousing and distribution of liquor products in the province. The AGLC has an office at each of the warehouses to ensure that the mark-up is collected on all products sold.

Connect Logistics Services Inc. warehouses and distributes spirits, wine, coolers and imported beer in Alberta. Its bonded warehouse in St. Albert receives product from more than 70 countries, takes orders from Alberta liquor licensees, then assembles and ships those orders to more than 320 communities in our province.

Brewers Distributor Ltd. warehouses and distributes beer products for Molson and Labatt breweries from Edmonton and Calgary warehouses; Big Rock Brewery manufactures and distributes beer from its plant/warehouse in Calgary; and Sleeman Breweries Ltd. warehouses and distributes its products from a Calgary warehouse.
