 First off today, we wrap up our series on manure management and the Agricultural Operations Practices Act, or AOPA. As Trevor Wallace, Nutrient Management Specialist, explains, under AOPA, there are regulations surrounding when soil tests must be conducted before manure or compost can be applied to the land.
