A New Safety Program for Alberta Food Processors

 Food safety is a huge issue right now, with producers and processors working to improve their food safety systems. A new program is now available to Alberta food processors—the Alberta HAACP Advantage Program. Daryl Loback, Food Safety Specialist with Alberta Agriculture, stopped by the studio to fill us in on what this program is all about.
