Overview of Reforms
The reforms have brought significant improvements to the auto insurance system. All cost savings from the reforms will go to consumers through improved benefits and more stable, fair and affordable premiums. Consumer Dispute Resolution
A three-level process has been established to resolve consumer concerns with their premiums during the transition to the new system. It is designed to help consumers who believe their premium is being incorrectly calculated, or that inappropriate rating criteria are being used to determine the premium.
