A bingo licence authorizes charitable or religious organizations to conduct a bingo event in a licensed facility or a facility specified in the licence. (LIC/GAM 5421)
Eligibility

Only charitable or religious groups are licensed to conduct
gaming events in Alberta. The profits generated from the events
must be used for charitable or religious activities. To qualify
for a bingo licence, a group must have delivered a charitable
program in Alberta for a minimum of 12 months. (LIC/GAM 5483)
