Voting Packages for Wheat Board Elections are in the Mail

 First off today, voting packages for Canadian Wheat Board director elections are being sent out today. The package includes voting instructions, detailed biographies and policy statements of the candidates, a preferential ballot and an official postage paid return envelope. Brenda Brindle, General Manager of the Alberta Grain Commission encourages all eligible producers to vote.

The candidates in District 1 are Art Macklin of Grande Prairie and Henry Vos of Fairview. In District 2, there are three candidates—Larry Hill of Swift Current, Conrad Johnson of Bracken, and Stephen Vandervalk of Fort MacLeod. And there are four candidates in District 5—Vicki Dutton of Paynton, Tom Jackson of Killam, Allen Oberg from Forestburg, and Kerry Peterson of Parkside.
