Clients who receive benefits from some of the programs offered by Alberta Human Resources and Employment receive coverage for prescription drugs and essential over-the-counter medicines.

The DBL and the DBS are designed for use by pharmacists, doctors, and other medical professionals as general reference.  They are not intended to be scientific guides, prescribing guides, or pricing catalogues, since price listings do not include dispensing fees.
