Registered User
If you frequently hire contractors or subcontractors and request clearance
certificates on an ongoing basis you will enjoy the advantages of being
a Registered User. As a Registered User you can:
- maintain your own subcontractor list online to quickly request clearances each pay period,
- sign up for Automated Account Validation (AAV) and receive daily validation of your subcontractors by email.

To access eLink, all you need is:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 or 7.0)
- Adobe Reader (6.0 or higher)
- A high-speed internet connection.
