Alberta Agriculture, Food and Rural Development videos are available for loan through the Alberta Government Library, Neil Crawford Provincial Centre Site. Click here to view the listing and description of the 4-H videos vailable.
Videos may be borrowed in person or by interlibrary loan through your local public, academic or special library. To borrow in person, members of the public will require a NEOS (http://www.neoslibraries.ca/) or Alberta Library (TAL) card (http://www.thealbertalibrary.ab.ca/). Alberta Library cards are available free to members of most public and academic libraries in Alberta. NEOS primary clients can place requests using the NEOS Libraries' Catalogue.
To request a video through the interlibrary loan system, your request should be faxed or e-mailed to:

Library hours are 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The loan period for videos is two weeks for in-person borrowing and four weeks for interlibrary loan requests (to allow for mailing to and from the client's home library). Requests should be made in writing by mail, fax or e-mail except in emergency situations. One renewal may be granted at the discretion of the library if there are no other requests pending for the video.
Interlibrary loan requests should be placed approximately two weeks in advance of the date the video is required to allow time for mailing.
Requests for materials are filled in the order they are received. |
