    Three health regions experienced data submission problems during October resulting in incomplete data from the following facilities:

    -Surgery information for St. Mary's Hospital (Camrose) and Lamont Health Centre in East Central Health Region.
    -Surgery information for Queen Elizabeth II Hospital (Grand Prairie) and Peace River Community Health Centre in Peace Country Health Region.
    -Diagnostic Imaging information for Alberta Children's Hospital (Calgary), Foothills Medical Centre (Calgary), Peter Lougheed Centre (Calgary), Rockyview General Hospital (Calgary), and South Calgary Health Centre in Calgary Health Region.

    Alberta Health and Wellness is committed to improving access to health care for all Albertans. That commitment includes providing up-to-date information on wait times for many surgical and diagnostic services. This website provides wait time information for publicly funded services provided in public facilities and in facilities under contract to health regions. Only facilities currently submitting to the Alberta Waitlist Registry appear in the tables on this website.

    The registry presents information on wait times for surgery by category of service, by facility and by physician. The registry also presents information on wait times for MRI and CT.

    Before you consider any changes to your treatment, it is important that you discuss the information from this site with your physician or specialist. Here are some questions to ask.
