Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service

Currently available in Edmonton only

The Government of Alberta is testing a new service in Edmonton that allows landlords and tenants to resolve serious disputes outside of court. It is called the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS).

The service is only available in Edmonton, within the city limits, as part of a pilot project. If the project is successful the service may be expanded to other Alberta locations. Learn more about the service.
