2005 RODERICK A. MACDONALD CONTEST
JANUARY - APRIL 2005
CANADIANS AS CITIZENS OF THE WORLD

Many people are thinking of themselves as global citizens; they are not just interested in how their own country is being affected by decisions but also how others around the world are affected. The Law Commission is asking students to pick an issue that interests them, such as the environment, human rights, immigration, trade policies, or security and to explore how it affects Canada and other countries and how people's different needs and interests could be reconciled. For further information on this year's Roderick A. Macdonald Contest, please see 2005 Roderick A. Macdonald Contest.
