Basketball Welcome to the Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) Program website. The PDD Program, as part of the Ministry of Seniors and Community Supports, develops, implements, and evaluates a provincial plan for the delivery of supports to adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create an Alberta where adults with developmental disabilities are included in community life.
