Wade MacLauchlan recognized for excellence in public administration in Charlottetown, PEI

The award was presented to Mr. MacLauchlan, President of the University of Prince Edward Island, at a recent ceremony at Government House. Making the presentation were the Honourable Barbara A Hagerman, Lieutenant Governor, and Janice Pettit, Regional Chair of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada.

Winner of the Alberta Lieutenant Governor's Award

Alberta Lieutenant Governor's Award

Dr. Lucille Miller, Chief Superintendent of the Calgary Catholic School District is the winner of the prestigious Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration in Alberta.

Alberta Lieutenant Governor, His Honour Colonel (Ret’d) the Honourable Donald S. Ethell presented the award in a ceremony in Calgary on December 13, 2010. The award is jointly sponsored by the Calgary and Edmonton Regional Groups of IPAC.

Bryan P. Davies is the 2010 recipient of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada’s Vanier Medal awarded on March 18, 2011, by His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, during a ceremony at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.
