| Branding Canada for the Food and Agriculture Sector – Branding Canada – is an initiative designed to help take Canada’s strong international image and leverage it to increase the sales and profile of Canadian food and agriculture products. It has been developed in close partnership with industry and provincial governments and is based on solid research in five major international markets. With over $30 billion (Cdn), almost half of Canadian domestic food and agricultural production, being exported as primary products or as part of processed products, there is a strong momentum propelling the Canada brand.
Information sessions are being held in Calgary and Edmonton for industry associations and exporters to discuss Branding tools, how they are being used, and how they can benefit Canadian industry:
