Welcome to MEP Accounts Online, where registered clientele can receive automated account information.

Hours of access: the system is available seven days a week; however, clients are advised that they may not be able to login between approximately 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. due to maintenance activities.

To login, you will need to enter your seven digit MEP file number (e.g. 0000000) and for your privacy and protection, your confidential personal identification number (PIN).

If you have forgotten or you need to obtain your PIN, call the MEP Info Line to assist you during the Client Services Centre’s regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays, and from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
