Biography - Alain Roy, LL.D.


Alain Roy, LL.D. (Laval), is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Université de Montréal and a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec. His research and teaching focus on family law and the law of persons. Professor Roy is particularly interested in the use of contracts in the context of marriage.
