Albertans invited to learn more about their Heritage Fund

Olds - Albertans are invited to attend an open house to find out more about their Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund (AHSTF).

The open house will be held at Duncan Marshall Place on the Olds College Campus on Thursday, November 7, 2002, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Take the Olds Exit from Highway 2 - proceed west to the junction with Highway 2A (46 Avenue) and proceed south. The College is located adjacent to Hwy 2A and general parking is available in the area of Duncan Marshall Place.)

AHSTF Standing Committee member Richard Marz, MLA Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills, will host the annual open house and invites everyone who is interested in learning more about the Heritage Fund to attend. Other MLA colleagues will join Mr. Marz at the meeting and will be available to the media.

Those unable to attend the meeting but who have access to the Internet are invited to visit the Heritage Fund website at www.albertaheritagefund.com to receive up-to-date information on the Fund.

The Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund began in 1976 and continues to be both a valuable asset and a unique Alberta legacy.
