Enhanced Business Name Search You can use the OBC website to search a business name registered with the Ministry of Government Services. Searches can be done on exact business names, words in a business name or by the Ontario Business Identification Number. The fee for the Enhanced Business Name Search will vary depending on the type of report requested. The fee is payable by AMEX, MasterCard or VISA only. Perform an Enhanced Business Name Search Business Name Registration/Renewal You can use the OBC website to access the Integrated Business Services Application. This application allows business clients to submit electronically for the following:
The fee for business name registration or renewal is $60, payable by AMEX, MasterCard or VISA. For a new business name registration you will receive your Master Business Licence immediately. A Business Name renewal will receive their Master Business Licence in the mail within two weeks. Application(s) will be sent to RST, EHT and WSIB offices and they will contact you directly. Submit your electronic registration(s) Print and Mail Registration Form The Ontario Business Registration form may also be downloaded from this site and mailed in for processing. The fee for a mailed in form for business name registration or renewal is $80, payable by cheque or money order to the Minister of Finance. A name search is also available by mail for an additional fee of $12. You will receive your Master Business Licence in the mail within 2 to 4 weeks. RST, EHT and WSIB offices will contact you directly. |
