  The Automated Customs Information Service (ACIS) is a computerized, bilingual 24-hour, 7-day-a-week telephone service that automatically answers all incoming calls and provides general pre-recorded customs information.
  
  The option to speak directly to an agent is also available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Local time)
• Importing Regulations and Publications
  The Canada Border Services Agency’s site provides information on the rules, regulations and processes required to import commercial goods. The site also includes publications, as well as the documentation required to manage shipments, tariffs, and forms.
