Welcome to the Corporations Canada On-Line Filing Centre. We are pleased to offer registered users this timely and convenient method of making submissions to the Director, Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA). These submissions include: articles of incorporation, annual returns, changes of address/director, and other forms.

Information about the on-line filing process is available in the Information on On-Line Incorporation document. Before incorporating, you should also consult the Choosing a Name section of this site.

Not-for-Profit (Canada Corporations Act Part-II) incorporation documents cannot be submitted using online forms. For further information on how to incorporate a not-for-profit organization, please refer to the Not-for-Profit Information Kits.

Payment of Fees

When payment of a fee is required, the "Strategis Secure On-Line Electronic Commerce System" will ensure that on-line credit card payments using American Express®, Mastercard®, or Visa® are processed with complete security.
