Elizabeth MacPherson who was Tribunal's Executive Director and General Counsel until April 1999 has completed her master thesis in August 1999 on the following topic: "Collective bargaining for independent contractors: is the Status of the Artist Act a model for other industrial sectors?" Ms. MacPherson has given permission to post her thesis.
