The Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Industry clarify the issue of the educational use of copyright material on the Internet

The Minister of Canadian Heritage and Minister responsible for Status of Women Liza Frulla, and the Minister of Industry, David L. Emerson, issued an Op-ed article on July 15, 2005, clarifying the Government’s treatment of the issue of the educational use of copyright material on the Internet.
