The Conference, held on November 18-20, 2004 in Regina, brought together members of the arts and culture community to discuss how to move forward on the issue of the status of the artist. The Conference helped to raise awareness of status of the artist initiatives in effect or in development across the country and to foster discussion on future priorities.
