Single Frequency Search
![](/web/20061209013115im_/http://sd.ic.gc.ca/img/dot_black.gif)
The Single Frequency Search identifies frequency records that have a Tx or Rx frequency identical to the frequency entered in the search parameters. Searches take into account both
existing frequency records, and pending frequency records (that is, if an application has been
received for use of a frequency, that frequency will be marked as unavailable for the purposes of
your search).
The search can retrieve a maximum of 2,000 records for HTML and 5,000 records for ASCII and XML. If your search criteria would return more than the maximum number of records, an error
message will appear and no results will be displayed. If this happens, please narrow your search
criteria.
