Ordering Copies
The Office of the Registrar of Topographies can provide you with copies of the
material filed on the condition that you first obtain the written consent of the
applicant or the owner of a registered topography.
Payments can be made using:
– American Express, MasterCard or VISA
– CIPO Deposit Account
This is not a debit card account. Please do not include any bank account information on the application. Contact the Client Service Centre for more information.
Fee (CAN$):
Providing a copy of a document, of entries in or extracts from the register, or of
any material referred to in section 26 of the Integrated Circuit Topography Regulations, for each page
measuring 21.5cm x 28cm (8 1/2 x 11): $5
Providing a certified copy of a document: $50
