Proposal forms are available from Access Toronto 416-338-0338, at each Toronto civic centre, Urban Development Services district offices, Members of Toronto City Council and rental industry associations.

To be eligible for 2006 funding, applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, September 30, 2006. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
