Reports & Claims Forms
Recipients of CAP funding are required to submit reports and financial
claims to fulfil their agreement with Industry Canada. Submission
deadlines are detailed in individual contribution agreements.
All completed forms and any questions related to reporting requirements
should be directed to Regional
CAP offices.
