CMHC's Rental Market Reports cover major centres with detailed data and analysis of each local rental market. Information is also provided on how many occupied rental units are "available for rent" in addition to those vacant.

If you need detailed rental market information for any of Canada's major centres, simply order the Rental Market Report for that centre. It contains vacancy rate and rent data summarized in the Provincial Highlights for each major centre, plus detailed sub-market data, plus analysis, plus a forecast for the major centre covered.
