This fourth edition of the Tribunal Procedures was prepared by CAPPRT's Legal Services in 2004. It is available on the Tribunal's web site. Paper copies can also be obtained free of charge by communicating with the Tribunal Secretariat. The Tribunal Procedures are intended to provide artists, artists' associations and producers with guidelines to the operations of the Tribunal.
