Accessibility features

Each page of the Innovation Strategy site is equipped with skip navigation codes to bypass navigation menus and jump links to navigate within the pages. The former are the numeric "1" key to skip the top menu bar and the numeric "2" key to skip directly to the page content. The latter are text links above the contents to move down into the page and within the contents to return to the top. Some pages have a text-only equivalent, which can be accessed using the numeric "3" key.

To view PDF files…

Adobe® Acrobat Reader™ is required to view, print and navigate documents available for download in PDF format. It is available free of charge from the Adobe® Web site.

To view PowerPoint® files…

Microsoft™ PowerPoint® files, which are available for download from this site, can be viewed using one of the following applications: Microsoft™ PowerPoint versions 97 or 2000, or the Microsoft™ PowerPoint® Viewer, which is available free of charge from the Microsoft download site.

To view video clips…

The video clips on this site are encoded for PC and Mac systems using both low- and high-speed connections to the Web. On the pages where links to the video presentations are situated, you can download the appropriate media player with which to view the video streams (Windows® Media Player or Quicktime® movie player).

To subscribe to the mailing list…

In the Media Room, you can subscribe to the Innovation Strategy E-mail list. You can choose one or more of the following:

• to receive news releases and other announcements related to a specific sector;
• to receive news releases and other announcements related to all sectors;
• to receive notification whenever any part of the Innovation Strategy site is updated.

You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, geographic location, age range and sector to assist the Innovation Secretariat in communicating with groups that have similar interests.

Providing the information requested on this form is voluntary. Personal information that is submitted is protected under the provisions of the Privacy Act. The Act gives you the right of access to your information. Should you wish to be removed from the list, you can do so by e-mailing a request to the Webmaster.
