Ordering Copies
Copies of documentation can be ordered from the Industrial Design Office. Registered files are accessible to all members of the public.
Copies of unregistered files are available only to the applicant or the applicant's agent, unless authorization in writing is received by the Office from the applicant or the applicant's agent allowing someone else to obtain them.
Payments can be made using:
– American Express, MasterCard or VISA
– CIPO Deposit Account
This is not a debit card account. Please do not include any bank account information on the application. Contact the Client Service Centre for more information.

Industrial Design Documents
A copy in paper form made by the Office
$1.00 per page
Certified Copies
A certified copy in paper form
$35.00 for each certification
Plus $1.00 per page
