New Division Status Announcement

The Financial Services Regulation Division was formed in April 1st, 2004, as a new division which replaces the Insurance and Pensions Division, Securities Commission of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a portion of the Trade Practices and Licensing Division. Please use the web sites of the former divisions until this web site is in place.
