Arrival And Check-In

  • Wheelchair accessible check-in counters and drinking water fountains.
  • Access ramps, elevators, passenger conveyors and oversize revolving doors with a slow motion button.
  • Reserved disabled parking spaces.

TTY Phones

  • There are 15 TTY telephones in the airport terminal and in the passenger boarding areas, marked with the TTY pictogram at each bank of pay phones.

Wayfinding For People With Visual Impairments

  • Oversized signs with contrasting colours.
  • Braille signs located outside all of the entrances to public washrooms, and both inside and outside all public elevators.
  • Elevators are equipped with audible bilingual synthesized voice “floor callers”.

Washrooms

  • Single occupant unisex toilets equipped with hands-free faucets are wheelchair accessible.

Accessible Local Transportation Serving The Airport

  • Some wheelchair accessible taxis are available on request.
