Arrival And Check-In

• The Airport Terminal Building is equipped with access ramps leading to all parking lots.
• The Airport Terminal Building is equipped with a push button access door and double wide automatic doors.

Personal Assistance

• Airlines offer assistance to passengers as requested. Airlines will help passengers in clearing security and boarding the aircraft. Passengers with special needs should provide advance notice of this request for assistance to ensure that appropriate staff can be made available.
• Wheelchairs are also available for each airline without advance notice.
• The Volunteer Airport Ambassadors are available to assist passengers and meeters/greeters. All Ambassadors are easily identified by their green coat and smile.

TTY Phones

• The Airport Terminal Building is equipped with one TTY phone located in the phone bank across from the airline Check-In area (Departures) and is identified with a TTY decal.

Wayfinding

• The Airport Terminal Building is equipped with audible and visual wayfinding for emergency exit. All emergency exits are identified with lighted red and white exit signs. Fire alarms are red and white with flashing lighting when activated with an audible alarm.

Washrooms

• The Airport Terminal Building is designed with washrooms that have free flow access (no doors) as well as wheelchair accessible bathroom stalls.
• Washroom facilities, including family washrooms, are located in the International Arrivals, Domestic Arrivals, Departures Area and the Security Holding Room of the Airport Terminal Building and in the Departures Lounge. The family washrooms in the International Arrivals are the only washrooms marked with tactile markers.
