The Summary of the 2006 – 2010 Corporate Plan provides an overview of CMHC's mandate and business structure, analyses the expected operating environment, and sets out the Corporation's objectives and planned activities over the next five years. CMHC will continue striving to improve housing choice and affordability for Canadians, improve housing and living conditions for Canadians, support market competitiveness, job creation and housing sector well-being, and be a progressive and responsive organization. The document also presents a summary of CMHC's financial plan and 2006 Operating and Capital Budgets.
