NOTICE TO REGISTRANT The information submitted via the ROCA Online Registration form may be used by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada or third parties, as Foreign Affairs may deem appropriate, for the protection or well-being of myself and my family, including evacuation in case of emergency. The information contained in this form may be used only when necessary, to contact, protect and/or assist me and my family members residing with me and will only be used in accordance with the provisions of the Canadian Privacy Act. Under the Privacy Act, personal information may be disclosed in certain circumstances: a few examples include where disclosure would clearly benefit the client, where the public interest in disclosure clearly outweighs any invasion of privacy or pursuant to a court order.
