- Ontario Plant Tours
Showcases business excellence in manufacturing through a series of interactive
factory visits is our goal. Working together with industry, government and
economic development, improve the plant tours the competitiveness strength of
communities by demonstrating models that work. Lean weeks are set up
to explore on a national and has international level what others are
doing. Ontario Plant Tours has expanded and now also offers tours in
Quebec, Western Canada and the United States.

- Practitioner Series Plant Tours
The Practitioner Series Plant Tours put together by the Association for
Manufacturing Excellence - Canadian Region features a series of workshops on
Lean Manufacturing principles and plant tours that illustrate how to apply
these principles to specific work environments. This program also includes a
diagnostic kit for completion of company audits.

- Company visit workshops
The company visit workshops pertain to best business practices (BBP), such as
value-added production and product development.Tailored to senior management of
manufacturing SMEs in Quebec, the company visit workshops are an
