INTRODUCING - Indigenous Peoples' Network for Change
The Alliance, in collaboration with the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North (RAIPON), proudly introduces the Indigenous Peoples' Network for Change Project. This global initiative is aimed at advancing the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity by strengthening the capacity and knowledge of indigenous peoples to participate in processes surrounding the Convention on Biological Diversity and other relevant international instruments.    [more info]

We are happy to present the Tiohtiá:ke Declaration which served as a Statement to the State Parties of the COP 11/MOP 1 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) during the International Indigenous Peoples Forum on Climate Change.    [more info]

CBD-COP8 Participation
The International Alliance was assigned by the International Indigenous Forum on Biodiversity (IIFB) to assist in fundraising and preparation for indigenous participation in the 8th Session of Conference of the Parties (COP) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) held on 20-31 March in Curitiba, Brazil.
