September 25th, 2006 - Last Thursday, Canada’s prime minister told the General Assembly that its mission in Afghanistan was the U-N’s largest and special political mission. Stephen Harper also said it was Canada’s mission. He also called it the biggest test because the UN’s collective will and credibility are being judged.
