| The FSM Department of Finance & Administration, Federated States of Micronesia, is soliciting proposals to perform investment consulting, asset custody, securities brokerage and other related services, as more fully described in the following scope of services from qualified registered investment advisers and other financial services firms. Respondents may submit a proposal for a specific portion of the scope of services, or for the entire scope of services.
