- The Panel will hold public consultations across Canada as set out in the
calendar of public consultations. The format of the public consultation will follow the sequence of issues in the
Consultation Guidance Document (though the format of a public meeting may vary at the Panel’s discretion).

Interested persons or organisations are invited to
make a submission, to present their views, comments or proposals to the Panel, based on the
Consultation Guidance Document or any other matter related to the
Terms of Reference of the Review.

- Persons who wish to present at a Public Meeting must provide their submissions
at least 10 working days before the scheduled date in order to be placed on the list of participants for that meeting. The closing date for all other submissions is
May 31, 2006.

Observers are welcome. If you would like to attend a public meeting,

- There will be simultaneous interpretation at all public sessions, and all public
consultations will be recorded (audio only). Facilities will not be provided for audio/visual presentations.
