Background
The Annual Northern Expenditure Plan (ANEP) is a regional overview of government expenditures and related government employment for the Northwest Territories and Yukon. The Plan consolidates information on expenditures and full-time equivalents (FTEs)1 using planned, forecast and actual utilization by the governments of the two Territories and by 26 federal departments and agencies with expenditures on programs and activities in, or related to, the North.
