CN Inwood Subdivision Rescission of Abandonment Order

Whereas the Canadian Transport Commission, by Order No. WDR1983-00062
of March 17, 1983, ordered the Canadian National Railway Company to abandon the
operation of the Inwood Subdivision between Grosse Isle (mileage 0.50) and
Fisher Branch (mileage 72.00);
And Whereas the Governor in Council is of the opinion that it is in
the public interest to rescind that Order.
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the
recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 64 of the National
Transport Act, 1987, is pleased hereby to rescind Order No. WDR1983-00062 of
March 17, 1983, made by the Canadian Transport Commission.
Established by:
SOR/88-176 10 March, 1988 pursuant to section 64 of the National Transportation Act,
1987, comes into force 10 March, 1988.
